"Laki 131" Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced professional for the position of "Production Unit Manager" to join the company's team in connection with the implementation of Project No. BG16RFPR001-1.001-0494-C01 "Development of a High-Tech Intelligent System for Optimizing the High-Pressure Die-Casting Process". The project is focused on the development and implementation of an intelligent system for optimizing the high-pressure die-casting production process. The Production Unit Manager will play a key role in organizing, coordinating, and controlling production activities related to the implementation of the project. Key Responsibilities: • Organize and control the implementation of production processes related to the project. • Manage production resources and capacities to achieve the established production and project objectives. • Monitor compliance with production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements. • Monitor and analyze the technical parameters of the production process. • Participate in the development and implementation of methods for optimizing the high-pressure die-casting process. • Work closely with engineers, software specialists, and other members of the technical team in the development and implementation of the intelligent system. • Prepare periodic reports and progress reports on the implementation of project activities. • Monitor compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and quality and safety standards in production. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in production process management. • Knowledge and practical experience in high-pressure die-casting technologies. • Experience in organizing and managing a production team. • Strong organizational and managerial skills. • Analytical thinking and ability to work with production and technical data. • Knowledge and application of quality and safety standards in production. • Ability to effectively coordinate with technical and software specialists. • Responsibility, independence, and teamwork skills. • Willingness to participate in the development and implementation of new technological solutions in a production environment.
