Laki 131 Ltd is looking for a motivated and experienced professional for the Software Applications Manager role. You will lead software development and implementation for project No. ADBFP BG16RFPR001-1.001-0327-C01 “Development of a high-tech intelligent system for optimizing the high-pressure die casting process”.
Role purpose:
Organize and guide software development processes, coordinate teams, and secure high-quality delivery of project tasks.
Main responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and coordinate software application development activities.
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient software delivery.
- Manage teams of developers, analysts, and testers.
- Ensure projects meet deadlines and budget.
- Maintain quality control of delivered software solutions.
- Introduce new technologies and methodologies to optimize development.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders on software projects.
- Prepare technical documentation and project reporting.
Candidate requirements:
- Higher technical education.
- Knowledge of various programming languages and technologies.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or equivalent methodologies.
- Team leadership and process coordination skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make decisions.
