“Laki 131” Ltd. is looking for an experienced and motivated specialist for the position of “Software Development Manager” to join the company’s team in connection with the implementation of Project No. BG16RFPR001-1.001-0494-C01 “Development of a High-Tech Intelligent System for Optimizing the High-Pressure Die-Casting Process”. The project is focused on developing and implementing a high-tech software solution for optimizing the production process in high-pressure die casting. The Software Development Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the software development processes under the project, coordinating the team, and ensuring the high-quality and timely completion of the assigned project tasks. Main responsibilities: • Planning, managing, and coordinating software development activities. • Organizing the processes for developing and implementing the software solutions under the project. • Developing and implementing strategies for effective software development. • Managing and coordinating teams of developers, analysts, and testers. • Assigning and tracking tasks within the team. • Monitoring the execution of project activities within the specified deadlines and budget. • Monitoring the quality of the software solutions being developed. • Coordinating the testing, implementation, and subsequent improvement of the developed functionalities. • Identifying and introducing appropriate new technologies and methodologies to optimize the development process. • Managing technical risks and assisting in resolving technological issues that arise. • Communicating with the technical team, clients, and other stakeholders regarding the software solutions being developed. • Preparing and maintaining technical documentation. • Preparing the necessary reports on the activities carried out under the project. • Ensuring the protection and confidentiality of information used in the implementation of the activities. Candidate requirements: • Higher education in software engineering, computer science, or another related field. • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software project management. • Knowledge of various programming languages, software technologies, and modern approaches to developing information systems. • Practical experience in using software development management methodologies. • Experience managing teams of software developers, analysts, and testers. • Skills in planning, allocating, and controlling tasks and resources. • Strong analytical and strategic skills. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Decision-making and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a dynamic project environment and meet deadlines. • Responsibility and a results-oriented approach.
